We made the process as simple as it gets, follow the process below!
We book an appointment to drop your drone off at one of our 24/7 monitored locations to begin the process of figuring out all options via our diagnostics.
Our initial ticket is created which includes all your dropped off hardware along with the suspected issue the technician will be looking into for you during their Diagnostics.
We go over all parts of the drone top to bottom to insure we are not going to run into issues during first flight. Better safe than sorry!
Within the same ticket, attached will be a full copy of your diagnostic report which will include required and optional repair options along with pricing so our clients can make informed decisions.
It is time to pick which services you will move forward with and once confirmation is made on the ticket, the repair will begin and hardware will be purchased if required.
Once the drone has been finished and confirmation for pickup has been made, we will schedule a time and date that work best for pickup. All Done!

We do offer longer edits using our footage than what is specified in our Social Media Promo’s Pack! Get a custom quote on pricing for your specific requirements of your video!
Special requests can be made during the choreographing process for specific shots pending approval from pilots.
